I've got one that will stump you. I pre-ordered destiny 2 which came with 2 redeemable codes. 1 for kill tracker ghost, and 1 for the trace rifle coldheart. I entered both codes, finished the campaign, and reached level 20. I received the kill tracker ghost, but not the coldheart. Tried entering the code again and it told me the code had already been redeemed. I have yet to receive my coldheart which was the main reason I pre-ordered the game. This has happened to numerous other people and bungie doesn't reply to any of these complaints. They need to start issuing new codes for these people so they can get what they paid for, instead they are ignoring it totally. No wonder they don't have customer service, they would rather just ignore the problems. They don't seem to care because you can't return games when you have already played them, and they already have their money. So people who pre-ordered the game and did not receive what they paid for are shit out of luck.

    Go to settings and then recently local saved games. Delete local saved games. All info is saved on cloud. Hard reset system by holding power button 10 seconds . Then start system. After it starts go to games. Then check updates for games. Look for destiny updates on any items . If they are ready to update then download content again. Next load game and check on items. This info was given to me from Microsoft but didnt help me. But it might help you. Good luck.
