I am having this same issue, and I must admit that it is a huge deficit to the immersive group experience. No matter what I have tried, nothing seems to fix this bug. My clan and I have just about leveled up the clan as well, so disbanding the clan (if it were even possible as it does not let me do anything to manage it as the founder) would be a terrible loss in time and energy put forth. Bungie, please just figure out the coding bug or server recognition error that is causing us all massive levels of irritation and displeasure with your overall wonder of a game.

I would do that but it wont let me leave the clan unless i promote someone to leader and it wont let me promote someone to leader because it doesn't even recognize me as in a clan.
