I hate to be negative, but I'm just not really into the armor in D2. I think maybe they changed company designers or something? There is plenty to grind for right now, but there's not one specific set I'm reaally chasing. I think that is hurting D2 IMO.
Why would they change designers when people loved the old sets so much they would grind for ages for them? It was obviously something they had done right.

they would grind for ages for the right stat and perks, which you have to do the same now as well. Gring for the stats on armor and grind glimmer for hopes to get the right mods. So nothing has really changed in that aspect.
