Ok, I don't know of anyone else is experiencing this, but Rahool is being stingy as hell with me. It seems as though he only ever gives me loot from a very, very small loot pool. I'm constantly getting the exact same stuff from him, while I see others running around with weapons and armor I've never once decrypted. And most frustratingly, he will not give me exotic weapons. Every single exotic engram I bring him turns into armor. There's only so many times I can get a crest of alpha lupi before I loose my mind. Is anyone else experiencing this? Am I just unlucky, or reading too much into it? What the hell is going on?
