Your making fun of people for some crazy requirements, that's cool, but it isn't funny when you join a raid team of 260s not knowing what to do. Requirements like this are necessary

Sometimes, you need to do something to really understand it. Don't complain, teach people so you can find groups that know what they're doing more easily. Bungie intended for players like you to become raid sherpas and put an end to this elitist nonsense.

The raid just came out, in my opinion, if you can't go into a raid team knowing how to do it, your just gonna have to wait for guided games. Anyone can just watch a video and then do some milestones, and there boom, 270 and some experience. I'm not teaching the raid, when I still haven't even done it. I need people who know what there doing coming in. I wasted 4 hours doing Dogs with these blueberries who didn't know what to do and improvised and said they did. "This is a mini rant, I'm not correcting grammar mistakes above, so don't point them out please."

I can also see your point about not wanting to be the group guide when you're just as new at it. I agree that they should at least make an effort to learn it first. If they each forget a few aspects, fine, group recall should compensate, but there was no reason for them to outright lie about it. It sounds like you had a particularly bad experience, and from that viewpoint, I can support your stance. I don't feel that players should be full-carried, no matter how green they are. They should have contributed in a meaningful way. Sorry for any repetition and nonsensicality. Hashtag medicated. TL;DR- I see! That sucks! I hope you find a better group!
