Loot not decrypting to highest power level.
I decrypted several legendary, exotic, and strike engrams from Zavala and all of them decrypted to 272. I did not have my highest powered gear equipped but they were in my inventory. I thought that we no longer have to equip our highest powered gear to get the highest powered gear decrypted. When I equip my highest powered gear I am at 278. I decrypted the Zavala strike reward first, then the gunsmith, and cryptarch. All legendary engrams decrypted to 272 and my exotic decrypted to 270
