you don't need carrier prime anymore, any companion can use vacuum now I think. lol.

I noticed the ammo thing too in d2.
is it me, or do enemies not like dropping ammo for the weapon you're currently firing? :|

No , pets don't have vacuum unfortunately, I would take my dog always because he opens lockers and makes me invisible.
