Spot on for me. Played about 3000 hours on D1, did everything a solo player could do in pve and then played pvp for almost 2 years without touching pve again. Never done a raid or a nightfall. Im going to suffer it and do the end game content in D2. Social anxiety is real, i catch rattlesnakes and race cars for fun but a room full of people will send me running.
