Dude the only House of Judgement Fallen was Variks, idk where you got half of those final thoughts.
Also the ghost says it, not Ikora.
Fine with everything else, at least it isn't another "oh it's rain!" theory.

Well Rain would be extremely far-fetched. And again we don't know for sure that Variks was the only Judgement Fallen. As someone else pointed out, there's fallen bones near the Judgement banners in D2. If Variks was the only one, who's bones were there?

Other Fallen? They did that in the Plaguelands, too. [spoiler]Those aren't Judgement banners, that's the Fallen symbol, the collective... where did Ghost get that idea?[/spoiler]
