Apparently this hand cannon is named IMSET HC4, I'm pretty sure there was an HC4 pistol back in D1 as well. Anyways, I'm not sure how this guy got this weapon, or if its even legendary or not. Its probably legendary. I tried to find it on the Destiny 2 database and couldn't find it. All I know is I want it, if you get your hands on this gem you're one lucky bastard.
