Questions about The Farm
[spoiler]* A Wild Gringo has appeared*[/spoiler]
Okay so these questions will involve spoilers pertaining to the state of The Farm after the story is over. If you haven't completed the story, don't read ahead.
1) What is the point? After the new Tower opened up, everyone moved to the Tower. The Farm has nothing that The Tower doesn't. Why would I ever go to the farm again? Maybe to see Xur if he goes there or perhaps Iron Banner, but there is no day to day practical use for it. Why design an entire social space for use only during the 10 hour campaign?
2) Why is the Tower so big? I am fine with a nice large space with things to explore, but there is so much dead space. I could only think that Bungie plans on adding new vendors to it, ie factions.
Any thoughts?

You forget that the game's only been out for a week.. It's not over and done with.\ There's probably going to be more vendors/quest/Adventures you can do including the farm. and If you haven't found the Lost Sector yet at the farm I'd be getting on that too, same goes with how big the Tower Platform is now. {+For more Content.}
