Will 1 code apply to both xb1 and ps4 as long as your accounts are linked here or do u need two separate codes and choose which platform to apply it to?

You would need separate codes. Also, it's only one sparrow per person. So for the xp boost codes, you could just buy 2 and allot one to PS and one to XB, but if you want a second sparrow you'd have to make another Kelloggs account... And even then I'm not sure if bungie would accept a second code
