It happens... What separated good companies from bad ones is: How early in development (or post release if insufficient Q/A) is it noticed? And How quickly and effectively is it resolved? Bungie has demonstrated poor grades on both in the past (one step forward, two steps back). I hope someone with experience and knowledge can help make them better for our entertainment's sake.
