This is a good note. It's a bad experience to match into the boss fight before playing the Strike. I will let the team know. Thanks!

Hey while you're at it let them know it sucks to come into a pvp match right when everyone is getting there supers also.

Edited by Ahhsenberg: 8/30/2017 10:26:56 PMI want to also bring up a similar problem... people in my social space/matches with gear I don't have yet. Especially end game gear. It ruins my experience of seeing/getting it for the first time. I know it really doesn't make that much of a difference to some people, as we'll be getting the same gear many times, but it takes away from my first experience. Please pass that on as well. I need you to respond to this rather than site layout problems or other game concerns because these kind of things worry us all a lot more.
SARCASM
How sad is it, that you have to include the sarcasm tag to that. I'm sitting here saying, God damn it. Wtf is wrong with people, because it's totally believable at this point.

Put an option in Settings that allows us to choose if we want to join activities already in progress, perhaps. Join Strikes already in progress - yes/no Join Raids already in progress - yes/no Something like that. Just my Dos Centavos.

Dos centavos bueno si

It also sucks being stuck at a boss without a full fireteam, so please don't go changing too much now. ;)

This is only for people who haven't played the strike yet. You'll still get plenty of people matched in at the end who would've rather played the actual strike.
-
What if they make an option to turn match making off for a strike?
-
Do this for the crucible too.

Yes, and keep in mind that every match I play is my first...

Thanks. I'm not a PC player but this happened to me quite often while playing the PS4 Beta. I probably loaded up the Inverted Spire Strike at least 20 times but I only managed a handful of runs from the very start to the very end. All the other times I was either dropped into the Strike while the other players were doing the section with the Drills ( right before the Boss ) or I was dropped into the middle of the Boss fight.

Who knows how it will be when it is live, but on the Xbox beta, there were A LOT of people dropping out of the strikes... There was always at least one person trying to load in the strike wanting to explore the world and patrol. I think that was part of the reason there were so many load-ins from the strike in progress on the Beta

I don't know what kind of technical wizardry it would take, but I'd hate for Guardians to miss out on the epic stuff that came before.
