Bad perfomance

Bad perdfomance on my pc, many freezes and low fps at all settings. My specs: Amd A-10 6800k Amd R9 380 4gb msi gaming 8gb ddr3 1866 Ssd 128gb Amd 17.8.2 driver Windows 10 64bit Please fix it!
