Hi,
At this point if your clan was not manually migrated or did not migrate automatically based off of your members, it has most likely reverted back to a group.
You can create a new clan at any time now. Simply head to the Clans section of the updated Destiny companion app or the clan section of bungie.net and select Create Clan.

When I try to create a new clan with the same name, choosing battle.net as the platform instead of xbox which was the platform of the original clan, I get the following message: The clan name you selected is reserved until September 20, please select a different clan name. I am the founder and it even says I am still when i go to the groups tab. So by my understanding i should bear the name reservation, should I not?
