Hello Dras Leonea,
The PC beta codes will be available closer to the August 28th release date. You will be able to select the platform then and input your code. No official announcement has been made yet, but I suggest checking the upcoming This Week at Bungie article for a possible mention.

Thanks, its really beginning to rub me the wrong way, having to jump through all these hoops. How hard is it to tweet when the activation codes will be ready. :(
