It's about managing your engagements. With Blind Perdition/Wormwood, you shouldn't be losing many engagements as long as you stay out of close-mid-range. Get up close and melt them with the superior CQC gun (Wormwood) or stay back and shoot with your ranged primary. (BP) BP/Ice Breaker is a bit tougher... you gotta just keep your distance. Don't let yourself get pushed.

  • Well I can assure you I lose pretty much all the handcannons engagements even at mid range. I have a ton of recorded videos to prove it

Define mid-range. On the medium-to-medium-long sight lines that pulses dominate in, HCs experience severe damage drop off, doing at most ~50-60 crit damage, but can hit the minimum damage as well at the longer ranges -- at that point they can't kill you with a full clip even if they somehow hit all crits. You shouldn't be losing those 1v1s with a pulse rifle unless you are missing an astonishing amount of bullets.

  • Like for instance in Bannerfall let's say I'm where the tree is and they are at either of the 2 door on the opposite side either left or right (like a triangle). With that kinda distance I die in 3 shots. Anywhere closer. It's 2 taps

  • I get the impression that you're exaggerating. I've used Palindromes at that range and I get ~55 crit damage. Not enough to 3-tap. Additionally, they don't consistently two-tap even at close range, there's a 22% chance of that happening and even the slightest damage drop off means you lose two-tapping ability. At the door, you're doing about 50-60 damage. Any closer, you're doing about 60 damage and 80 crit.
