my main loadout is a god roll parthian shot (sure shot, take a knee, counter balance , bracedframe)
and a god roll saladins vigil
i use my parthian to counter snipers or out range hand cannons, and i use my saladins vigil for anyone who comes inside hand cannon range

I tried the Parthian shot. It's really powerful but very slow. The Blind Perdition Adept it's like a god roll hacksaw with embedded Snapshot that in theory should be better. Maybe the trick is the fusion rifle? Since after the special ammo I only used wormwood/Icebreaker. What do you do with the fusion rifle if you have no ammo?
