What's going on #gaming?
Well Elder Scrolls Online has been out for awhile now and I just noticed another dlc dropped in June. I was wondering if any of you get into this game and is it better Now that it's been out for awhile.
Also, would I buy the gold edition so I get everything or is there another....better bundle??
Thanks for participating in the poll.

Idk how it is now but when I first played it it was like a lite mmo. So if you want a real mmo then I wouldn't recommend it.

It wasn't terrible, but I got bored of the grind and constant slow traveling. Played it the first month, haven't touched it since.

It depends on what you are looking for. If you are trying to play an elder scrolls game with multiplayer, this isn't for you. If you want to play an mmo based on TES, you might want to give it a go. I have poured countless hours into the game and like it personally.

Yeah, sure. If you're looking to get into mmos it's a good start. It's an mmo first an elder scrolls game 2nd though, just keep it in mind. Lots of content as is with mmos. It can get kinda repetitive but the quests feel like they leave an actual imlact on the world most of the time. You can finish a quest and doing so could get rid of enemies in an area, when there was a battle there. You could calm down angry spirits and make them non-hostile. It's actually kinda cool. The PvP has a good and bad side to it though, it's good that it's a very innovative idea where you go capture forts and its resources to further your goal of winning the war, actually having to use siege artillery and have badass trebuchets that launch 90kg stone projectiles over 200 meters, then charge in through a broken wall and killing the guards and enemy players to secure the place, then repairing it. It's innovative and genius in my opinion. But then there's PvP where you're head on against the enemy. Less fun. There's always at least one pro who will take 0 dmg and then kill 20 of you in 1 second. I don't understand that part of the pvp. Btw of you get it know that depending on your abilities/role you should either use most attribute points on stamina/magicka if your goal is DPS, and health if your goal is being a tank. More stamina = more dmg with stamina abilities. Sane with magica. Health is just health. The cost of abilities scales so don't bother thinking you can use all points on stamina and infinitely spam abilities. Overall a solid 8/10

Totally. I've really enjoyed it.

It's good for an MMO that's not subscription based like final fantasy 14 and WoW, worth the buy if you like MMO's

Go for it. ESO just keeps improving. Zos actually listens to their player base unlike some other devs. The add ons that come out just keep improving too. Tons and tons of content solo or with friends. Enjoyable pvp as well. Most of the people who tell you it's garbage haven't played since launch when it was buggy and broken and seemingly unfinished. It's improved 100fold and any edition you buy will be worth it

Its very worth it. There is another dlc at the end of the month

It's nothing like Skyrim so do not expect me that gameplay at all. Saying that, it's a good game. 7/10

Yes it is HOWEVER if you are hoping to get "Skyrim online" you're going to be severally disappointed. Many elder scrolls fans went into it expecting a "Skyrim online" and we're disappointed that there were classes, you couldn't have all skills on a single, and just that the game tried to be an mmo rather than the "Skyrim online" they had hoped for. That being said it's not at all a bit bad game. It really is a great mmo. It has an amazing campaign with choices that not only affect story and the world around you (quite literally) but also force you to make some really hard moral decisions. It's very easy to get lost in the story, side quests, exploration and forget you're playing an mmo. The class system is also quite deep allowing a wide array of customization. Each class can equip any weapon and can fit any roll (tank/healer/dps). I personally feel that if you look at it and it's something you think you might like you should definitely try it out.
