  • Curious about the new shadowkeep, I purchased foresaken and gained full access to gambit etc and I want to pre order the latest release but I am unsure what season passes that means I have and how if I preorder the deluxe addition does that mean I get season of undying and access to the next 4?   • To activate cross save I set my pc account as my main account accidentally, yet I would like to set my Xbox as my main account. However when I try to deactivate cross save, I cannot because it said that I recently purchased silver, and I have to wait 50 days. Please help me out Bungie. I really want to play Shadowkeep on my Xbox account, but I can't. If you could help me out that would be amazing!

  • I just came back to destiny2 after a year and my pre-ordered annual pass is gone but everything that came with it is still downloaded but the pass itself isn't and the game says I need to rebuy the annual pass

  • I have the base game for destiny 2 the forsaken destiny disc in I have the annual pass for destiny 2 in a pop error keeps showing everytime I log in telling me to purchase forsaken which I already have what do I do to get rid of the error message

  • The disc is just the base Destiny 2 game and does not include any DLCs. If you purchased a physical copy that says it includes Forsaken, it should be via redeemable codes that come with it.

  • Hello Kellogs I am hoping you can help me on this, For the last couple of days I have been stuck in trial mode. It will say trial mode in the upper left corner of the screen, and no longer let me go to the city nor will it let me play in any raids or pvp battles. I do still have all my saved content though all my equipment, and all my progress is still there. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it to no avail, tells me i need to purchase the full version, even though when i look in my PS library it says i have the full game along with all the expansion packs. I have also tried contacting PS about this matter and they are telling me it's a licensing issue and i must talk to Bungie about this.

  • Bungie, hello, should I buy a solstice glow for silver if I have a time limit (pvp and gambit as far as I don’t know) and can’t get sets? You can at least tell me how limited my access is so that I just do not spend my money. I'm not asking to say why , since you are still ignoring, but tell me if I can get the armor and use it. And will the Event be extended or only Moments of Triumph? Thank! Sorry for the bad english. I really hope for your answer English #Help

  • Having a problem with the solstice event. I started playing crucible to generate solar orbs for my gauntlets. I had a few games and generated 41 orbs. Then all of a sudden two more games later still at 41 solar orbs. Didn't change my loadout and only got kills with solar weapons. Any ideas?

  • Also, see how Kellogs doesnt respond to anyone who has concerns about gameplay, only those who want REFUNDS. I cant find another game I have enjoyed like D1, and this is a pitiful and miserable excuse for a company. You've always been douchebags monetarily, but now you can't even make the game enjoyable for most of your players.

  • Hi. I'm simply curious as to why a.business who has made EXPLOSIVE games doesnt have a contact for customer service or troubleshooting, or even simply concerns. This is INSANELY unprofessional, especially for a company that makes games that do so well, like Destiny and Destiny 2. I'd love to speak with someone, as I have wanted to for awhile now, but never bothered an attempt. I see, now, why no one bothers and why D2 is failing. This is ridiculous, you cant even talk to the people who religiously play your game (give or take a few who are godly at the game, I'm sure). You dont even give the OPTION for them to talk to you and be ignored, we literally have no option and you dont care. That being said, your meta is OP, even for a meta, this game is zero fun for 99% of people who used to play for fun. especially in PVP, there's no point unless you have these certain weapons, otherwise you're -blam!-ed unless you lag switch, with is ALSO pathetic. Games always have bugs, sure. But what the hell are you doing not addressing these concerns directly, and giving us more content instead of better more evened out gameplay??? What the bungie.

  • I’d you don’t like the current meta, you should sound off in #feedback so the right people hear your concerns. As for bugs, there are some. There is a pinned post in #help that has a list of known issues as well as some work arounds and dates for potential fixes.

I was curious on the price but it wasn't there so I pressed the purchase button hoping it would come up but it didn't. So I thought hit the buy button surely they can't charge u without giving u a price? Well apparently they can! I would like to cancel the purchase made a about 17.55 nz time as it was in no way a purchase but an inquiry. Thanks Ps I've contacted my bank but wanna cover both

Considering it is attached directly to the bungie game and regarding current game the assumption was it was a bungie transaction. More transparency from both bungie and the retailer would be appreciated.

    The retailer is whoever you purchased from. If you made your purchase from a physical store, you have to go to the store. If your purchase was made on your Xbox, the Xbox store (Microsoft) is your retailer.

  • Hi today on reset I turned in my boons of opulence I had received yesterday from the bounties, but because I had 4 in my inventory when the reset happened this means that I cannot receive the boons from the bounties in today's reset meaning I will always be 4% behind everyone else. Just wondering how is this fair and will it be fixed, also can I have my boons back Ps: if you don't believe me check my triumphs it should still be at 12% through 3 days of working on it.

  • I keep getting an account authentication error whenever I try to sign in with my Xbox account I’ve already checked my account I’ve talked to Xbox support there’s nothing wrong with my account and I’m getting really frustrated
