  • Um when ever I try to login to my hunter character it says “you have lost connection to the destiny 2 servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere.” I have no idea why this is happening please help

  • First you’ll have to disable cross save. Then you can remove the account from your profile settings > accounts and linking.

  • When I click deactivate it then tells me to authenticate them but then nothing let's me deactivate it when I signed up for cross save it linked my other blizzard account but I need to link it to my destiny one and I cant

  • So whats with the mass amount of error codes that have been popping up as you get closer to shadow keep I am trying to get the not forgotten but keep getting randomly error coded out making it impossible to increase my glory rank and has been happening to alot of my friends as well this is becoming an issue

  • Make sure you clear your caches on the XB1 - pretty much has to be done after every update since they tend to also change server info - information the console caches if it was already in Destiny before the update, or if you use Instant-On mode. Unplug power from the console for about 10 minutes. This clears both the game and system caches. While waiting, you can also reset your modem/router. Just make sure the network is completely rebooted before restarting the console.

  • Depends on what the emblems are. Some emblems are not actually emblems, and are variants of other emblems. The most common ones people run into are certain crucible and gambit variants. If you take the base activity emblem from your collection, you can inspect it and equip the variant the same way you would an ornament on a piece of gear.

  • Yep, those are two of the primary ones in question. Pull the "Playin' The Odds" emblem from your collection, and you can equip either of those two as variants.

  • I need help I linked the wrong Bungie account to the cross save and now I don’t have any characters I need help talking on the phone would be a lot of help cause I don’t know what to do.

  • You will need to deactivate cross save first. Then you can head to your profile settings > accounts and linking where you can unlink the account you don’t want and link a new account.

  • my friend switched from xbox to pc using cross save and he isnt allowed to go to the tangled shore, he had forsaken on xbox and it should've switched over, he even has ace of spades, but he's being asked to buy forsaken on the map instead of letting him go to the tangled shore.

  • Hi I was hoping you could help me with a small problem I have encountered with bringing my Xbox account to PC. I played on xbox from launch of destiny 1 to curse of Osiris of destiny 2. After that point I stitched to pc. When Bungie announced cross save I realized I could play on my old xbox account (which has lots of rare items) one of the items being the Honors of the Nine shader, which was noticeably gone from my collections. I dismantled the two pieces of gear it was on in hopes of getting it to drop but to no luck I didn’t get it. May I get some help with this? Thanks!

  • I have an error that says required content not found because I bout the manual pass not knowing I needed the expansion and you bungie remove this error from my account as I only want to play I deleted my old profile and even made a new account on Xbox dedicated to destiny. HELP!
