I had bought the forsaken expansion for my PlayStation and when i got my account transferred to PC I no longer had forsaken, why is this?

Licenses are only available on the platform they were purchased for. You will need to purchase Forsaken for PC if you want to play on that platform.

Hey i really doubt u could help me or even read this but I pre ordered Shadowkeep and its not here and doesnt even say i own it but i have all the normal updates just dont have the dlc. Though i checked my installed add ons and it even said that both shadowkeeps were there so i uninstalled them so i could reinstall them but now nothing is there and its jist gone forever idk what to do the money had came out my bank when i pre ordered just help please thanks

You should reach out to Microsoft customer support if they charged you for the transaction but the license wasn’t applied to your account.

Hello, I have played D2 on the blizzard service, and I was banned for 500 years for my internet dropping too many times. When I linked my blizzard account to steam, hoping I could at least save the items, I am still restricted access to the game. When I try to unlink, it doesn't allow me because I the account was banned. Even this ban happened months ago, I still would love to play your game with friends. If you can help me, that would be deeply appreciated.

Hi i doubt id get a response but im just gonna ask. I git a new ps4 and been a couple years now i think since i have played destiny 1, if i bought a new destiny 1 disk would i still have all the dlcs and everything i put into the game or would i have to rebuy everything since its a new console i was hoping destiny would be like saved in a cloud or some thing lol

Yes you would still have all the DLCs they were originally purchased using your PSN ID.

So today when I was on I got this message saying “ This version of Destiny 2 is no longer available. Stay tuned to Bungie.net for updates on your next adventure.” I understand that the new update is coming soon but why can’t I play Destiny 2 right now?

I logged in today and all three of my accounts where deleted. I don’t know if I was hacked or what. Is there anything bungie can do about it. My psn is Recon76593

Characters can only be manually deleted. Bungie will never delete them. If you did not delete them, then someone else did on your account.

All my materials and guns in the vault are still there is there anyway I can bring my characters back. Cause all my guns that’s were on them are deleted. Secondly what should I now do to secure my account?

I have the same wifi network as another person in the fireteam, and have not and never will cheat. Like seriouslu, bungie is trying to trash their own game.

Hey Bungie there is a big prpblem im doing the mountaintop grenade launcher quest and i spend 6 hours grinding and done only 52% double kills. Either you gonna fix this and make it easier with new update or whatever it ia gonna use or you just gonna have one player down bruvs

I had 3 refer-a-friend linked accounts. 2 of them had been completed. I only recieved credit for one. I have a 3rd that I believe is on the on the 5th step. I was going to finish it today, because I was told to complete it before Oct.1st. I still have the pursuit for the 3rd linked, but theirs disappeared and didn't know what to do about getting credit for the 2nd one. Also how am I able to complete the 3nd one to get credit? I was trying to get the sparrow. Please help. If you could PM me I would appreciate it. I have no clue how these forums work.
