  • Okay so today I was doing a strike and out of nowhere I’m kicked off of destiny servers. I tried to reload in and when I was picking my character, all of them were deleted and only a starter titan instead of my original three. Those characters took hard work and I had a lot of good stuff that I just lost. Plus I was close to reaching 1010 on one of my characters. I at least want to know why this has happened and if their is anyway to fix it

  • I got my felwinters lie quest done on the 20th but about an hour later I logged on the app so I could get it on my titan and all of the sudden I don’t have my felwinters lie anymore.

  • In Destiny characters can only be manually deleted.   • According to the game API, you have multiple deleted characters on your account. You also have cross save enabled, with your XBOX account as the primary set. It may be possible that your account was compromised. I would strongly urge that you change your password on both of your accounts and enable 2 factor authentication. Unfortunately, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted characters for any reason. Deleting characters requires you to hold a button for several seconds and can only be done in-game.   • You most likely received a WEASEL error code when it occurred. If you have Cross Save enabled, that means that someone booted you out of your session and started deleting your characters, which is I urge you to change your passwords and set up two factor authentication. However, as I mentioned, Bungie does not restore deleted items or characters for any reason.

  • Bungie cannot remove any accounts from your profile as they do not store those credentials. That is treated as unauthorized access. Accounts have to authenticate every time they log into the site and set up procedures such as Cross Save or PC migration tools.

  • Look i have no idea what has happened I’m still in stress that most of my work in that game is gone, most of the solstice armor raid gear and other things, and I have to face the consequences while the person who hacked me got off free

  • I’ve been restricted from matchmaking against other players for the second time, the first time was two weeks and now it’s a two month restriction, but both time there was no lag or delay. This has never happened before and I haven’t moved at all, this season seems to be messing me up the most in all my time in destiny 2 especially after grinding for felwinters and not being able to use it in any pvp for 2 months, if someone can help or look into this that would be amazing

  • You may not see your own lag...but others did & reported you. Enough reporting got Bungie to investigate the reports & determined that your connection was bad enough to warrant another restriction (as they go 2 weeks, 2 months, permanent). Can you provide your tested (using speedtest.net to test to centurylink in Seattle Washington, or your console to run the network diagnostics) and provide your results? Be sure to include up/down speed, nat, ping/latency/jitter, and packet loss. Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection? What type of connection (fiber, satellite, dsl, etc) do you use?

  • It has also never happened in regular pvp, I’ve only been restricted after I play trials whenever me or my teammates get toxic messages

  • If you are lagging in trials (3v3), then you are definitely lagging in regular (6v6) crucible. The trials community is generally sweatier than regular pvp players, thus likely why you got messages there & not from quickplay.

  • I know that but yet I’ve gotten restricted only when I’ve done trials, and the other one was doing the quest redrix broadsword where I had to do 25 quick play comp and rumble

Your upload speed is too low (it’s below the 1Mb minimum requirement). 2. Wireless. These are definitely huge factors into why you’ve been restricted twice now. If you cannot get a wired connection, then you should look into powerline adapters to use instead of wifi. You will also need to have a recommended 3-5 Mb upload.

  • I know that but it’s kinda hard to get better WiFi especially with the virus, and I’ve used this same network forever with no complaints or restrictions before
