  • Hello my account got banned from all pvpv activities because of a unstable connection and was told to fix or improve my internet connection but that is something out of my control. We live out of the nearest city so we cannot get a better wifi service. So i am hoping to have my ban lifted until i am able to get a ethernet cable for i feel that two weeks is a little harsh for something out of my control

  • I would get a error bee every now and again but never in a pvp match. I have bought a ethernet cable to try to improve my connection and it has helped but i am still banned for 2 weeks so i am going to miss iron banner with my clan

  • I have the beyond light deluxe edition and when I talk to crow to get access to season of the hunt for the hawk moon exotic it says I need to buy the deluxe edition but when I go to the store it says I have the deluxe edition what should I do?

    Hello I just got a notification saying that I could be banned or restricted from player match made activities due to network connection. I do lag from time to time but that's because of my WiFi and my family can't afford better WiFi. I don't think its fair when there are other people cheating not getting banned and I might get banned for lagging because of my internet.

  • To whom it may concern, I'm asking if I could have my ban lifted as I have been having some problems with my Internet provider and I don't feel like it's very fair that I can't play for 2 months. Hopefully my Internet connection is sorted now and I will no longer have any problems. Many thanks.

  • @Kellogs I bought the game off of steam a couple of hours ago and was progressing through the story just fine but now I am not able to load up a mission without my game crashing. I have tried restarting my pc, verifying game files, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing has worked though. Do you have a solution to my problem?

  • Once you purchase an ornament it will go to your item inventory in a box you need to open. I believe it is in consumables.
