  • Everyone gets one name change, once its used thats it. Bungie haven't announced any plans to give people another one, and they don't make exceptions to give people a token.

  • Having an Issue with Cross save All accounts have been authenticated and connected correctly, however no characters appear and Silver Balance are 0 But when I click on Disable CrossSave, it shows my accounts with the correct silver total and the characters i have available. Any help on how to fix this so i can access my other characters?

  • Your cross-save is setup with Steam set as your active profile/characters, rather than either your PS or Xbox ones. To fix it, you'll need to deactivate cross-save -> wait 90 days -> reactivate it and select the correct platform as your active characters. If you've purchased silver in the past 90 days you will need to wait out that cooldown first before you can deactivate.

  • Unfortunately no, if you deactivate it all profiles go back to their own characters etc so you'll only be able to use your characters and gear on their own platform

  • I have been told that my game has been corrupted and to uninstall and reinstall but nothing has been done to my game to have that happen and I tried doing as it had said but when it finished reinstalling it told me the same thing again and I would like to know why

  • If I want to play crucible ranked in destiny 2 the game tells me to "Speak with lord shaxx to gain access" I go to him but there is nothing I can do and I want to play ranked.

  • I am missing Beyond Light, Shadowkeep, Forsaken, Curse of Osiris, Warmind! What can we do to get it back? Xbox shows I own it and its installed but in game I cannot access any of it and tells me to purchase it! How are they able to do this on a mass scale and not help fix these issues and have a customer service?!

  • Bit of a late reply but is it possible that you were game sharing the addons? can you check your accounts MS purchase history to make sure the addons are showing up with a transaction marked as completed? having the addons installed doesn't necessarily mean you owned it (ie people that had it through game pass still had the addons installed after it was removed) [quote]not help fix these issues and have a customer service?![/quote] Bungie dont control licenses on platforms, so all they would be doing is telling people to go to the platform that does control it for assistance.

  • Hello, I need help. I have no visible subclasses even though I have played for a while and had unlocked the first three subclasses and stasis. I had cross saved onto my steam account (so I could try destiny on PC) and now I have no subclasses visible , making it not possible for me to double jump, melee attack, use a grenade or my subclass ultimate move I am also unable to see any of the moves on my screen( the icons to show the re-charge) and am left with empty boxes of where they should be. Another thing that came with this was in the character menu my character has no light around it, I have tried to fix this by deleting and re-installing the game multiple times on my PC and PS4 but it does not help.

    Sign into companion app -> guardian -> [select whichever character is bugged] -> equip one of the light subclasses (solar/arc/void) This issue happens if you have strand/stasis equipped and switch to a platform that doesn't own the required DLC

    Keep getting kicked like every 5-10 min on march 31 till april 3 2023, but now its not as bad but still annoying i had to stop playing with my family bc of it, sad bc now im back to playing alone again witch at first was kind of used to it but now there are some things i want but cant get solo bc of skill issues, being a potato, and contacting destiny 2 servers, im too afraid to play anything abit serious bc of it so now im just stuck to strikes and crucible and season activities bc there nothing like raids or dungeons so to speak but even than i still get kicked get constant contacting destiny 2 servers, BUNGIE YOUR LUCKY I LOVE YOUR GAME ENOUGH TO STILL THROW MONEY AT IT AND TO SORT OF CONTINUE PLAYING YOUR GAME DESPITE GETTING KICKED AND THE CONSTANT CONTACTING DESTINY 2 SERVERS, EVEN WITH ALL THAT MONEY YOU CANT FIX YOUR SERVERS BY THE TIME YOU ACTUALLY DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT ILL PROBABLY BE 6FT UNDER BY THAT TIME, so now i just watch streamers play and pretend that im the one playing bc your game is great, tbh better than warframe and i love warframe but somthing about destiny 2 thats just better and more intertaining but eventually i will end up stop playing YOUR game if its not fixed, instead of making content you should focus on your servers bc whats the point of new content if handful of players can barely or even not able to play YOUR game.

  • My Sweet Business has just disappeared. I know i didn't accidentally dismantle it, because the dismantle for exotics is like a 5 second button press, and I would never do that. With the new buff to auto-rifles i wanted to take it out and see if it was worth using again; but as I stated, it has vanished. Please tell me what we can do to retrieve it from whatever abyss it has slipped in to.

  • I got banned for having WeMod up in the background from playing another game and forgot to close it. Now BUNGIE will not look into the case and immediately is closing my appeals. Is there anything to be done or am I SOL on my 8 year account?

  • Unfortunately, running cheat/mod tools for other games at the same time as destiny is grounds for a ban. If they're rejecting it then your time in D2 is over.
