Where do you receive the error? Is this a pop up that appears when you’re in orbit?

Whenever I try to do an activity from beyond light after I completed it during the campaign. Like I was doing the missions for the new strike playlist. After I finished the missions and unlocked the playlist. I hover over the playlist it says I need to purchase the season when I press x it brings me to the beyond light deluxe edition to buy. But I purchased the legendary edition and I have the season pass.

I'm trying to finish Tex Mechanica Tournament. I'm on the Void/Arc/Solar damage step. Randomly it will just stop counting kills. I have dropped and reacquired this quest multiple times, and it keeps freezing. I have doke each multiple times. Can we get this fixed, or can my account get credit for this step? I've done it 4 times over most likely.

For instance, I had the full eater of worlds set on each character, but now according to my collections, that was never the case. Same goes for most of the original armor sets from vendors like Sloan and Asher. I had the full sets on all characters, but now according to collections, I just didn't play year 1. I have been playing since the beta, but I took a break during shadowkeep because it just kind of sucked. I am infuriated that so much of my stuff is just gone and there's no way for me to fix it unless Bungie goes out of their way to give my shit back. I'm not the only person I know that is victim to this either. This combined with the endless baboon errors for literally no reason are making want to step away from the game entirely again, but for good this time.

Is this an issue where you played D2 on Battle.net, then when D2 migrated to Steam you neglected to migrate your Battle.net account to Steam for the 14 months the PC Move function was available to users? If so, nothing can be done now. The PC Move function was the one and only way to migrate your D2 game progress and licenses to Steam. It was available from mid September 2019 through December 1, 2020 at which point the service was discontinued.

No, you aren’t understanding. I had earned them before random rolls were a thing! But I deleted them because bungie said that anything we earned in the past would carry over. And it did, until they moved us from Battle.net to steam.

Okay Kellog bro this is ridiculous, bungie will have no fan base what so ever if this continues. The fact that the creators would rather pocket more money than to establish a customer support says alot. And even with "Mentors" such as yourself, i haven't seen you help not one person other than yourself by telling people theres no refunds and no support. I played D1 and D2 and I have to say I am very disappointed in bungie. You guys will never get another single dollar from me until an actual customer support is available. I've read over 1500 replys and the 10% that you do respond to, you aren't helping them at all, only explaining how greedy and selfish bungie is. For Example, people asking for refunds, they can't go to the retailer because YOU-BUNGIE ARE THE RETAILER! SONY IS A SUBSIDIARY OF THE PRODUCT BUNGIE SUPPLIES, THE REFUND SHOULD COME FROM YALL. I am so bitter at bungie and destiny all together. Good luck going bankrupt because if you expect people to keep paying your company that pays ur salary by buying expansions etc. you've got another thing coming. Sincerely-The People. And PS. I just got 5 consecutive wins in crucible and it didn't register and I didn't get unstoppable glory triumph. Honestly, I'm getting tired of this sort of thing. Crucible is already near impossible to play in if your not doing it daily. It would be nice if I could get what I earned.

The Unstoppable Glory triumph requires you to win 5 consecutive glory matches. Mayhem is not a glory playlist.

I took a break like a bunch of people on here and come back to find out that the tribute hall is gone, i was really close to getting bad juju and this is where my frustration comes from, will there be another chance to obtain it?
