  • I bought the Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack and Season of the Haunted Silver Bundle off the PS store but my silver balance still says “Silver Sync Pending”, I’ve waited a couple days but it still says the same thing. What should I do?

  • Looks like you set cross save up incorrectly. You will need to deactivate cross save wait the 90 lockout period. If you purchased silver you will need to wait 90days first then the 90day lockout for deactivate cross save then you can reset up cross save.

  • Ya need help with a quest called "EUROPAN PROTECTOR III" This quest is bugged and can't be completed. Can not complete the part to get 25 power weapon kills to finish the mission on Europan planet. Also not having a way to speak with a live person is just wrong.

  • Artifacts are locked out of my account and I just spent money on all of the dlc, ive played the arrival mission multiple times on ever difficulty to try to unlock it but yet I still can't even speak to the crown of sorrow or unlock my artifact. Even though I have a marker to talk to the crown of sorrow. I'm not seeing any other issues simural online. Or any help on the topic and it really sucks

    I bought the Destiny 2: The Witch Queen - Digital Deluxe - on ps5 last night and linked my steam account to the ps5, but my steam character had no unlocks and was just f2p. I read through all the faq's a ton, made a forum post last night asking for help and guidance, finally decided to link my steam character as the main account, and now I don't have access to the season passes that I bought on ps5. I then bought the base 'The Witch Queen' game on my PC thinking maybe I needed that, so now I'm $130AUD in 24hrs and I still can't use my season passes. Do I have to unlink my accounts and play my ps5 'character' that is literally unplayed? I'm sorry but I'm so unpset and frustrated, it's such a terrible customer experience.
