  • Hello. I am a returning player and my hunter was created back in Destiny 1. I cannot even do the beginning mission because my light level is to low. The enemies are invulnerable and I cannot afford 20 dollars for an armor upgrade.......

  • I need someone to talk to me about getting some silver added to my account. Spent 100's in this game and ever since start of current season? DC issues. Trash mobs one shotting me after passing through solid objects. Lag. Getting kicked out of activities that I am not afk in. It's ridiculous honestly. Interactive raid objects not spawning. The list is endless. Check my hours logged in this game and the money I've spent. Be rly nice if y'all kicked me a little something after all I've spent. And having to deal with constant problems. Would be appreciated.

  • This is a really bad answer, when someone gets an error code when playing trials and is now timed out. They are now at the mercy of the time out. So here is my question. How do I challenge this?? It's not fair to me because I get kicked for no reason.

    You cannot challenge a time out. If you’re receiving errors codes you may want to take a look at the detailed network troubleshooting guide here. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide You can also search the name of the error code you received for information on what it means.

  • I have 1g/1g my network is fine. It's the servers that cause issues, only thing I am saying is I should not be punished because of an error code. They should know the difference when some leaves or gets kicked. That's it

  • There are no server issues at the moment. It’s always worth looking into connectivity issues as download/ upload doesn’t mean much. Stability and less packet lose an help create a much smoother experience.

    Hello, my gamer tag is KieFighter138. I have mained a titan since the beginning of D1. My D2 titan who I've been working on for over 3 years ( I don't really play the other 2 classes) got deleted by my 5 year old nephew, along with all of my favorite armor and gear. Is there any way I could get her back? It happened yesterday and I have started a new titan but I'm holding out hope that maybe someone can help me. If you can, please please let me know. Thank you

  • I have had beyond light for years now ever since it dropped but out of no where it’s telling me I need to buy it again but u own it already with the pre order pack and it’s installed on my console I have contacted Xbox 3 times about this situation and it’s on yall end so can you please give me the beyond light dlc I payed for or give me a refund for my money spent

    What license do you have for Beyond Light? Did you ever own Xbox Game Pass for Destiny 2? If you're confident that you have purchased a Beyond Light License, you may need to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071]restore your licenses[/url] for your platform account. If you previously used Xbox Game Pass to access Destiny 2 content, Destiny 2 is no longer supported in Xbox Game Pass and you would need to purchase those licenses of what you want to access. if you are seeking a refund, those can only be issues through the retailer that you purchased your license from, Bungie doesn't handle refunds since they do not have proof of your purchase transaction.

  • I went flawless in trials of Osiris 11 minutes before reset and flying into to the light house i was kick so I didn't get my loot I was wondering if there was any way to get my loot

  • Unfortunately if you didn’t make it in tot he lighthouse on time there is no way to receive the rewards. You would need to try again the following week.

  • I hate that I have to dogpile on this thread but I'm not getting any answers anywhere else and it all seems to be radio silence on Bungie's side. What is going on with the 1 ash drop from Bonfire bash? I'm even seeing Eva is selling a random piece of armour for my titan for 1 ash when everything else is 100. I can't use ash on any armour because all I have is 6 pieces of it, there is no way I'm going to do 500+ runs of the bonfire bash

  • I bought the upgrade for the new solstice event. And people who didn't buy it for the same rewards. I want my money back. I spend a lot of money on other things. AND I'M PISSES I SPENT MONEY AND GOT NOTHING DIFFERENT THEN THOSE WHO DIDN'T PAY ANYTHING. I WASTED MY SILVER.
