Bungie does not have a customer service email or phone. If you have questions regarding in game issues, technical troubleshooting, or anything else, please feel free to ask.

DLC licenses are per platform, meaning a ps4 DLC license will not enable the content on a non-ps4 platform. This is not something Bungie has any control over. Tangentially, season passes are applied to the account, not platform, so any seasonal content for a season that you own the pass for will be available across all cross-saved platforms.

Hi for the last few seasons ive worked hard on crucible day and night to get unbroken title for a more than 3 seasons i got glory rank legend and 5 consecutive wins and none have registered its pretty tiring now and messed up that nothing changes please help

I would like to know if anyone working at bungie can re link a previous bungie destiny 2 account I had connected to another Xbox account, re linked to another one. I once that Xbox account but not anymore and now I don’t have any of what played and spent money for on destiny 2 with me

Unfortunately this is not possible. Only players have access to their accounts for linking and unlinking since it needs you to authenticate it.

Can you fix my now changed name to have an Apostrophe instead of a bunch of numbers in the name? Cause I put an apostrophe in and I see it as an apostrophe on my companion app and the Bungie Store but not in game. How do I fix this or is there no solution?

I bought the season of plunder silver bundle, used silver to buy this season (18) season's pass. I played the seasonal intro on my warlock, titan, and hunter; in each mission, I received the skeleton key seasonal artifact and was returned to orbit upon beating the final boss. I have "ahoy and aweigh" in my milestones describing: Interaction witnessed" and telling you go to the helm. At the helm I cannot progress, there is no cutscene, no quest given, nothing. I am seeing in the forums I should have been transported to the eliksni quarter upon completing the seasonal intro to talk to spider and receive a quest. This did not happen, and I cannot visit the eliksni quarter in my helm, as there is no spot for it on the map. I also cannot repeat the seasonal intro, there is nothing on Europa on any of my characters for this season. I cannot play any of the seasonal activities or experience any of the seasonal story. I can upgrade the skeleton key and acquire and complete seasonal bounties, that's it. I would have simply refunded the silver purchase and rebought the season pass again, but steam (my platform) will not honor my request. So, I bought the season pass, and I can't participate in any seasonal activities on any of my characters. I want a response, and some help would be fair and appreciated. UPDATE: Reinstalled, eliksni quarter added to my helm on all characters. I arrive and go to the spider vendor and a character called eido is talking to him. My milestone is updated to: "talk to spider", after they stop talking. I approach spider and nothing happens, there is just a blank bounty screen. All of my characters encounter this issue, I cannot play any seasonal activities or engage in any seasonal story content. I have received no seasonal quests, I only have the "talk to spider" milestone. I am reinstalling AGAIN to attempt to find a solution to this block I am experiencing on PAID content progression. Would really like some help with this live service game for content I paid for and cant see or experience. UPDATE** 2nd Reinstall, no changes, cant talk to spider, cant progress. I need to change my name. I placed the clan name in and didnt realize it would be in place once it was accpeted.

Unfortunately once we change our names tread is no way to change it again. Players only receive a single name change at this time.

Hello, When helping my son create his Bungie account I accidentally used my gamertag instead of his. Is there a way I can connect his account/gamertag with Bungie so he can be a part of the community and combine his gameplay with Bungie? Thank you

You can just create a new Bungie profile using his. At the top select Create and use his login credentials instead.

I just found the report option I did report the messages how long does it take for them to respond he threatened my entire family with brutal murder..I need this to be resolved as quickly as possible..

No one will respond to you. If you reported the message and it broke the code of conduct, it will be dealt with accordingly.

Ok but how do I know that then I'm just supposed to trust my life in bungies hands without seeing a result? This person threatened to kill my whole family, says he knows hackers that can find me and he will brutally murder my entire family and I'm supposed to trust that it will be resolved? I need to see something showing this person was apprehended or what I just look over my shoulder everyday because of your game? If anything happens to my family and nobody gets back to me about this I will hold Bungie personally responsible, I am also contacting my local police and filing a report.

The chances is that was a kid just spewing BS. Bungie won't tell you what happened nor will they call the police for you. If you feel that threatened call the police.

I have contacted the police but because it's on the internet they said they cannot contact anyone about it. Also I don't care who it was that did it I want them found and arrested threatening my life is one thing but my kids and my families lives is different and let's see Bungie just got threats online for their own employees and are willing to do whatever they can for them but one of their players since they first launched till now and they can't make sure something is taken care of for a death threat from someone nobody knows who they are or what they are capable of? That's ridiculous.. this is why people get killed and after the fact they figure out there was a way of preventing this stuff from happening.

As a father myself I get where you are coming from. However you did pretty much all you can do. You reported it to Bungie and filed a police report. Unfortunately that's really all you can do.

Man you would think Bungie would care about at least letting people know that things like this were at least taken care of just even a quick message saying that they have found and contacted the person and local pd. That's all I'm asking then the PD can contact me from there about the threat! I mean he literally said brutally murder your entire family. Wtf man like that needs some repercussions and deserves to be looked into for sure.

PSN PS5 player: Wulfbolt#6682. I'm trying to complete the Shadowkeep campain with my warlock, but am stuck because I do not have any quests that grant me the Dreambane armor. I'm stuck on step 5 of the campaign. I have previously completed this with my titan and hunter with zero issues. Please help let me know what it is that needs to happen for me to progress this campaign, so that I can complete the weekly dungeons.
