@kellogs Dear Bungie I have bought the 300 hundred dollar edition of destiny 2 and I have it redeemed on one of my other accounts by accident is there any chance I may transfer my data to my main psn account because I am a very loyal customer and I really need it on my main account you may ban the account I have it on at the moment from playing destiny but just please transfer it to my main psn account @huzzyaf_ the account I have it on at the moment is @Sreetkid2003 transfer it to my main please I appreciate and sorry for any troubles.

Bungie does not control platform licenses. If you redeemed a game license on the wrong PlayStation account, you will have to reach out to PlayStation customer support. https://support.us.playstation.com

Dear Bungie I purchased a destiny poster back when the Sign of the Battleborn emblem was included with purchase I received the emblem code and used it on my account but when I go to the emblem kiosk it's no lot there and it should be as I used emblem code on date of receiving poster is there any way I can get it reinstated on my ps4 account if so please reply ASAP.

The verses he offers each week is random. If you’ve already completed the verses he is offering this week, you will not see any in his inventory. Keep checking back each week.

For two days I haven’t been able to get on Destiny 2 , it just tells me that Destiny 2 servers are unavailable and to go to Bungie.net where there has been no help I have found. Everything with my internet console and other devices work fine only two things that will not work are D1 and D2 and everything has always worked fine since D1 and have never had a problem until mysteriously two days boom games just dont work anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated

An email can only ever be used for a single PSN ID. If you’re having trouble recovering your PSN ID, you’ll have to reach out to PlayStation customer support.

I bought the Exotic Ghost shell from Tess eververse (the one that detects caches in every planet) and I tried to transfer it from my Titan to my Warlock and it disappeared and hasn’t came back. Any idea what I need to do?

Check each of your character's vaults and inventories (in game). Items will be transferred through the vault before going to a character.

I am a Destiny 1 player and I have been unable to complete the Kings Fall Raid for almost 3 years, all I want is the Ascenant Plane Shader and I have a Raid checkpoint on Daughters, with nobody to join or help me... Is there any way you could either extend my time? Or give me the Shader? I beg of you to try and do something about this... I don't care if you send me a team of people to help me complete the raid, I just want to get the Harrowed Darkhallow Helm to get that shader. So please.. Take pity on a young teen who is incapable of doing a raid because everyone always leaves... Please~ Sincerely, Windfall-Ivory

Considering how hard it is to contact bungie on this subject I almost have assumed they are fine with it. The offenders gamertag is [REDACTED] Jumping 150ft in the air with auto headshots seems a little unfair, but I highly doubt anything will be done about it. This is an old game, I saved the match but again, highly doubt you guys will do anything about it. With how hard it is to report this, it seems whoever is now in charge of Bungie is cool with people wasting there free time getting massacred lololol but seriously I'm about to ask for a refund on my subscription because of this and I will be contacting Microsoft if I run into this player again. Hey Bungie I was a really big big fan of playing destiny and destiny 2 but I stopped playing destiny 2 cuz it started to get a little bit boring. This is my opinion and I have many friends that agree with me and you guys should stay with still updating destiny 2 but adding trials of Osiris back in destiny 1. The destiny universe would be back

Why are my characters deleted and what are you guys going to do to bring them back to me i worked very hard, i was an active player and played almost every day then my ps4 died on me well i just got a new ps4 and went ro log in, my account shows ive been a member for over a yearyet all my stuff is gone?

If you are logging into the same account you've always used or had the characters on and the characters are not there then someone has deleted them. If it wasn't you then you'll need to change your passwords just in case. Bungie do not restore deleted characters.

On my account it shows no characters but i think its confused nc all of my stuff is still in my vault lol. Sorry for the inconvenience i figured it out.

There has been noone to delete them and i change my password frequently i know how to keep my accounts secure ive play world of Warcraft for many many years.

Well if you didn't do it then that leads to either a friend doing it thinking it's a prank and you'll get them back or someone has had access to your account. Whatever the reason bungie won't give you your characters back.

I can’t actually play the game, I have all the expansions but all I need it the game. However the game isn’t sold separately so I have the taken king and the rise of iron but the game is stuck in the free trial and I can’t play any content.
