  • I accidentally unlinked cross save, I didn’t know I would lose my characters and loss access to the season pass for 3 months. I’ll only have a month to complete when I am able to re-link my account. Is there anyway to verify I am the account owner so I don’t have to wait so long?

  • I know this thread was from a while ago but it’s currently final shape dlc and I can’t access trials of Osiris. I’ve finished all campaigns and played competitive but destiny is still saying I don’t have access to it

  • Hey man i recently infused my weapon with a god roll rocket launcher by accident is there any way i can retrieve the weapon with the same rolls? I worked really hard to get the weapon it is the cold comfort rocket launcher with envious assassin and bait and switch.

  • So my fiancees account was banned, there's screenshots of the hacker and everything, and he's submitted two repeals neither have been replied to but there is proof the account was hacked and banned for cheats is there any ways to help the appeal process? It's been over two months now.

  • Can I get a refund on final shape? I play solo and i cant get the exotic class item unless i play doubles. That was the whole sell for me, personally. If I knew that I would have to find another person to do this with I never would have bought this $100+ add on. I would even let you delete my acct and everything, amd ai will meber play destiny again. I play solo or matchmaking strikes, and if I knew this would be so "team" oriented I wouldve kept on not playing destiny. Ive been a bungie fan for years, but the choices they make alienate solo players. Again, IF I KNEW, I never would have picked up the sticks and played destiny again. I should have learned my lesson in the past that destony is not for solo players. I just feel used, and foolish now. Please, take my account and everything associated with it, amd juat give me my $106 back. Please.

  • Bungie changed my name which didn't even violate any of the name restrictions and I cant change it back because I already used my name change. I don't understand why since it was appropriate and it's stupid that they can just change it without giving me the option to change it back.

  • I have played since destiny 1 and never had issues. Paid hundreds of dollars along the way. No reason for me to be suspended from crucible. If this is the new destiny then I’m out and I’ll take my money with me

  • Bungie there is new bug for the witch queen, everytime i try to create the glaive at the table in THE ENCLAVE on mars it freezes my game please fix so i can play witch queen because its my next step and i cant progress now

  • OK, since I've gotten absolutely NO HELP from anyone elsewhere (your @BungieHelp X account hasn't replied to me since the launch of The Final Shape), I'll ask you. When is Bungie going to pull their fingers out of their collective asses and fix the damned no audio issue that was KNOWINGLY INTRODUCED with the Final Shape update. The so-called workaround in the patch notes of disabling 3D spatial audio in Windows clearly doesn't work for everyone and yet Bungie went ahead and stupidly disabled audio altogether and either didn't test this change on current, popular hardware, or just didn't give a solitary damn that this change was going to irretrievable BREAK THE GAME for many users. This is deplorable customer service. If I bought a car that I couldn't drive for several days after I bought it while the company attempted to fix hundreds of other problems with the car and then IGNORED the customer, they would be out of business and you know it. And yet, here I am, three days after the total dumpster fire that has been the launch of The Final Shape and I can't even play a solitary mission because I can't HEAR THE -blam!- THING! You bet I'm angry now. The closest thing I've gotten to a reply from Bungie is from a so-called "mentor" elsewhere on this godforsaken travesty of a "help" forum who wants me to prove that I've attempted to disable 3D audio with screenshots. Other people on this forum have complained of the very same problem I'm having and there has been total radio silence from Bungie on those topics. I have no other recourse other than to come here and scream into the void for help. You know, after this experience, if I were a violent man I could ALMOST understand the death threats. I promise you, if I ever met the person or persons responsible for this garbage I would punch them in the face and spit on them. I have NEVER had such a piss-poor customer experience and I have been playing Destiny in one form or another since the launch of Destiny 1 some ten years ago. I took a break between Forsaken and just last Christmas and have otherwise played the game consistently since those days long ago. I have (foolishly) spent HUNDREDS of dollars on Destiny since its inception and THIS is the experience I receive? If I could go to Steam and request a refund of those hundreds of dollars they'd laugh in my face so what other recourse to I have other than to virtually scream myself hoarse here. I doubt I'll find any solace here because as I've said above BUNGIE DOESN'T CARE!

  • I had purchased every dlc add on leading up to the final shape and now everything but lightfall has been deleted and theres no longer any i own this comfirmation in the store anymore. Wtf is that? I have game history of running through quest lines that require the dlc on my bungir account and my purchases in my bank statements. So what do i do now since my paid for content has been taken from me?

  • Hey, I'm new to the game (started two years ago but just got into it now) and I bought the annual pass cause I've enjoyed playing, and since you get the tessellation gun from purchasing I noticed it came with a quest for a mod, so as one would I immediately tried completing it. Fast forward a bit I was doing a public event with randoms and by the end of it I saw that it popped up saying that I just completed the quest, so I opened up my character inventory and went to go and check it out and see if I could equip it and the second I clicked it, my game crashed. Now I know this isn't your fault but it's the glitch I got afterwards, I boot the game back up and I proceed from where I left off but when I checked the gun it reset the progress of the quest to 16%??? I was annoyed but I thought whatever I'll just do it again, HOURS later I check again and I've used the gun SO much and it's STILL at 16%. It hasn't gone up one bit, no matter how many things I kill with it, it stays at 16% and idk what to do to fix it. So 1. Is this happening to anyone else and 2. Can someone help? Cause I would like to get that gun mod pls and tq 🙏.
