These forums are the only way to contact bungie and get any issues sorted.
What issue are you having? As a mentor or other member might be able to help.

Im so frustrated, these forums don't address anything I need. There is no one at bungie willing to help, no number no contact info. I need help transferring my items using the Amazon alexa ghost skill.... And all your dumb forums just say "it can do this and much more"... How what the hell is the "more" how the hell do you it then.

Sorry but no one can help you. Does it say you are banned or restricted? If it says restricted then that's a temporary ban and will be lifted after some time. If it says banned then that is for life and will never be lifted. Bungie do not discuss why you are banned/restricted.

Hey mentor person I have a serious problem I was in a crucible match and I was in queue for another match and it said I couldn't enter the next match because of error code urchin... Why did I get banned I didn't do anything wrong..... I'm not very good but I don't cheat thats for sure.

Sorry I'm not a mentor, I'm just someone who helps around here when I can. Unfortunately bungie do not discuss bans/restrictions nor do they remove them. What message appears when you try to play PvP? If it says you're restricted then that's only temporary and will end after a couple of weeks. If it says banned then that is for life.

How can they ban me without even sending me an email telling me why? I want my money back I didn't cheat or curse in crucible chat or anything why did I get banned for nothing?

ya i have a big problem i have the game on my xbox one and i share my games on it so that my wife can play with me being i have not only purchase this game ones but twice through my xbox live account and one of the purchases was on xbox 360 and the ether was on xbox one and now you guys are asking me to purchase it again and it is something new bc i have mean friends that would share the game with there husband and wifes and now you guys are not allowing it and to be honest i am pissed and would like to talk to a person that works for bungie
