He definitely cares about PvE. You do not know him or what is talked about during development so how can make claims like that. You're being an ungrateful jerk. Just stop complaining. Just because there's no voice for our players does not mean the ENTIRE PvE experience is bad. That makes 0 sense.

Edited by GalaxySpider: 7/29/2017 12:18:15 PMExactly. OP doesn't even take replies seriously and just make jokes about them, like a 12 years old. Just ignore him. With all the stuff the team is working on PvE and all what we have seen so far, of course(!), they absolutely do not care about PvE at all. Yeah, what a joke title...

I've gathered that OP is no older than 11.

Seems legit ^^

Well I DO know him. Used to live next to me. Borrowed my lawn mower and never gave it back. I thought he was going to use it for that nasty shit in his face, but doesn't seem that way. Right before the neighborhood nerfed him, he was seen running down the street wearing different colored socks with toilet paper stuck to the bottom of his shoe yelling "They're all going to laugh at me"! Let me know if you find my lawnmower.

If they cared we would talk. But you tell me why should we not talk? Ungrateful what have they done for pve that was not there job?

Edited by Sideswipe: 7/29/2017 8:07:15 PM
If they cared we would talk.
So Rockstar doesn't care? No main character in the GTA series talks. Gearbox doesn't care? Doomguy doesn't speak. Nintendo doesn't care? Link has never spoken, aside from the occasional grunt or moan. Corvo from Dishonored never speaks. Jack from Bioshock never speaks. Crash from Crash Bandicoot Chell from Portal The main characters from Dark Souls 1 & 2 Agent from The Division Shepard from Half-life None them speak. And there's plenty others. Guess most devs don't care enough...
-
CJ from GTA San Andreas talks, Tommy Vercetti from Vice City, Nikko Bellic GTAIV, Michael, Trevor, and Franklin from GTA V can talk. You character from GTA III is the only one that doesn't. Sorry I just had to point that out lol. Mean no hate or anything. I get what you are saying though. A lot of times the story of what your character can tell doesn't need to be spoken with their own words, but by the actions they make and how it effects the people and world around them. Mass Effect you can make your own decisions but I find that the stories of other characters were far more interrsting than my own. Also sometimes story doesn't matter and you just wanna shoot stuff haha.

Apparently it's really expensive

Edited by Zuper Greek: 7/29/2017 3:24:54 AMDon't forget that during the original Halo games, master chief only had like what 6 voice lines during the whole campaign? Sure there is still voice lines but they're not needed for us to know exactly who MC is and what his character is like. It's an excellent game design technique to use the old saying "show don't tell." Storytelling with no protagonist dialogue is honestly more impressive. Also their*.

HAHAHAHAHAHA never played halo , i could not stand it. Guess i know why now. PS: last time i check halo was not call Destiny. But i could be wrong. Still waiting on my answer.
-
No,you're still waiting on puberty and a girlfriend. As far as an answer..the answer is that you are barely literate and should have your computer taken away.

It's by the same developer and sorry you find problems with perfectly fine things. You're acting entitled and immature and seemingly unable to have a decent conversation. Stop complaining about a game on that game's forums. Just leave if you don't like it. Nobody needs people like that here.
-
Lol because they are made by maybe some of the people/company its okay not to do a simple voice? How about you take there way and become a mute. I will keep my voice till they give a good reason why.
-
K dude.
-
Don't come back till you can shut me up. It's hard to believe but i would have been on bored if i felt like they gave a shit about pve.
-
K dude.

This. I don't like our voiceless Guardians either, but there is a reason for them.
Storytelling with no protagonist dialogue is honestly more impressive.
I wouldn't go this far. But this style of writing certainly isn't without its own set of challenges.
