Preorder exclusive pretty much guarantees it will be shit. You all know that bungie "balances" based on opinion and nothing else. Everyone that didn't preorder will just say it's broken and Bungie will nerf it to hell.
But really, it's probably a shit weapon anyway and they just showed clips as it fired killshots on near death enemies.
Strange that they had to spend so much time to get a persistent beam to work since they managed it in halo 3...

It's going to be pretty unfortunate. The whiners who didn't pre-order because they wanted to see the reviews (they didn't have their allowence from their parents yet) will call it op and get it nerfed. Then when they get it in December they will whine about how it's a useless exotic.

Yea, you're not toxic at all...
-
Why am I toxic for predicting the events based on previous events

They already had a persistent beam weapon, the damn scathelocke. It NEVER ran out of ammo. The thing was just point it at something until it died.

Edited by TruePastorX: 7/26/2017 11:10:44 PMIt is not a big deal to fire a persistent beam. The harpies in the beta strike had beams, the snipers have the laser scope beams, don't act like it was so hard to do that you bent over backwards to do us a favor. I call shenanigans.

Actually they balance from stat sheets as was proven over and over the first 2 years. Cry much?
-
The same stat sheets that made them nerf auto rifles "because people used them"? Not because they had lower ttk or were operating outside their parameters, but because too many players used them... It doesn't matter if you have a "stat sheet" if you arbitrarily reference it when making your decisions....

2 completely different guns. 2 completely different engines.
-
Not to be a nerd but it's "technically" the same engine. Although it has been rebuilt and upgraded significantly.

It's the same thing as a high rof autorifle, the bullet animation is the only thing different...
