Ummmm no.
PVE has been nerfed to satisfy PVP. This has caused PVE to be a snooze fest. Abilities take too long to cool down, bosses are bullet sponges. If you think that facing a boss and shooting him for 20 minutes with your primary is fun than D2 is the game for you
