People aren't angry because they don't want to play Destiny. Telling people just not to buy it does not help or make them feel better.
[i]People are angry because they very much want to play Destiny 2:[/i] They've been looking forward to it for a long time, and now they feel like their experience has been hurt by changes that nobody requested or thought necessary.

Idk, I distinctly remember a fairly vocal portion of the community griping about lack of primary gunplay and over reliance on abilities/special weapons. Both things were addressed and people are complaining about it. I, however, am finding great joy in laughing at people getting what they asked for and crying about it.

I'm not talkin about the primary gunplay in PvP I'm talking about the complete removal of special weapons. It's just really dulled down the sandbox in the opinions of many people including myself.

They weren't removed. They were buffed and put into a different weapon category. I'm totally fine with that. I've not experienced any shortage of ammo for my fusion rifle. There are literally 8 boxes that appear in quickplay.

I used to be able to have a rocket launcher and a fusion rifle. Now either my fusion rifle or my rocket launcher is removed from my loadout because I can't use both. Keyword: removed. PvE is a lot less fun when you have to choose between your two favorite toys and frown while you throw one back into your backpack.
