I didn't think everything would change. Everything is watered down for pve and it's not very fun anymore. You shoot a few times and have to hide. Standing your ground is no longer an option as you are killed by anything that breathes on you. Ammo drops are still fairly scarce which makes you feel like you are playing a survival game. All 3 classes are so squishy now it's not even funny. Red bars can kill you almost as easily as you could kill them in d1. That being said, I'm glad that you like it. Without people who do like it I will never know if it changes for the better because I won't be playing. If it does get better for launch make sure to post about it. I will be looking out for the posts and watching gameplay vids to see if they make positive changes to pve. Pvp is fine for me but I primarily play pve so the changes have turned me away for now.

I don't feel like pve is harder, from the one strike and limited gear we have. Ammo is pretty scarce but they said they've already increased drop rate for all ammo and even certain enemies are guaranteed to drop power ammo. Overall the gameplay feels similar to destiny 1 which I loved. The story seems to be improved for the opening mission. TTK is a bit high for me in pvp but we'll see if that changes. But yea like I said I just want to play to have fun. I'm having fun playing the beta and it got me hyped for the full release. I was worried about some of the changes before playing but after playing it doesn't seem bad. Doesn't seem like a big improvement but definitely not a step backwards. But like I said, it's to have fun. It seems like most communities are always negative about sequels. Titanfall 2 had a lot of salt during the beta but seems really positive now for the full game
