Thought process of someone who cancels their preorder

1) "This beta has things wrong with it." 2) "Obviously, the beta is terrible and this is exactly what it's going to be like on launch". 3) This Week At Bungie says that some of the problems have already been fixed on the current build of the game, and that they'll continue working on the other issues leading up to the launch. 4) "Obviously, the beta is terrible and this is exactly what it's going to be like on launch". 5) Cancels preorder. I know not everybody does this, but the number of people that do is shocking...and it's stupid as hell to boot.

  • It's actually a good decision to cancel the preorder until the consumer is satisfied that their concerns have been addressed. Money talks. It's the only power the player has in this situation. There will be plenty of copies available at launch if they agree with bungie that changes have been implemented well enough to address the feedback/criticism/concerns.
