If you lack basic comprehension, Bungie are telling us they are using us as test subjects for a better game. If the beta is terrible, well they know that, that's why they are giving us a chance to participate in a beta....to make changes. That's why I made that reply, it was in general translating what they have been telling us, to give them feedback.
