I feel like we're playing with the equivalent of one or two levels of int/disc/str. Since we don't have any good armor yet, we don't know how our cool downs might be reduced. We definitely saw on the reveal that there were perks on the armor that said "reduces grenade cool down" and such, we just haven't gotten the chance to use them yet. If this is the end product of our cool down times, then yes that's a little bit dissapointing. But I'm sure they have a way to make them faster.

Don't delude yourself, the proof is in your face and has been told to you. Go look at a few interviews about the game and see what noseworthy and Luke is saying. this is 100% intentional. What a lot of guardians I've talked to that's played the game for so long is mainly upset about is why wasn't there just a competitive separate playlist that had this interface or just blocked additional abilities and disabled CD gear reducement and had this kind of tuning. They decided to completely deviate away from the originality that brought Destiny both its rep and credibility. Then as they always did, provide a answer like "will look into it" there is nothing to look into. more than 400 ppl are saying the same thing you should be responding with we will evaluate the system in place and see what we can do or rather if it would need refinement before final release. All this secrecy is looking more and more like they can't risk losing your money, they need to take it and get out of your way before you realize what you just bought😂😂. It's dissatisfying but funny at the same time.
