0 kills = super slow super

ran out of ammo trying to charge my super in PvE. Not fun

I can't believe how stupid this community is. This was explained what 2 or 3 days ago yet the amount of idiots asking why it's taking so long for supers to charge........

With kills it's still slow af

It's even slower for those not getting kills. They may not even get a super ;)
