Def agree. Even going off in a match you wont get it intil the final quarter of a game. There were a few matches i was wrecking with a 4.0 kd, slaying guardians left and right and still didnt get it until the end of the match. Didnt do well a few matches and didn't even get my super. They should really buff the uptime by like 20% PvE is another story. Supers and Grenades need like a 40% uptime buff. Nobody wants to run around in PvE with nothing but their primary weapon, not fun at all.
