Basically everything has been balanced for PVP So due to everything being normalised for PVP i can no longer run my hunger/energy drain build on my Voidlock that was essentially a Vampiric glass cannon build in PVE? They can balance everything they want in PVP but they've screwed PVE pretty hard on this one
