I've been thinking about the three elements we have so far, and I think that there's room for a 4th. Green seems like a cool color, so why not use that as a base and build off of it? Here are my thoughts.
Element: Emerald
The abilities of this element would revolve around shaping things made out of green crystal. For example, a super that allows you to throw crystal shards at people. As another example, a super that allows you to form temporary floating platforms underneath you as you jump mid-air that other people can stand on until they dissolve (when the super ends or the user dies).
As green is also associated with poison, I'm thinking this could also play a role in abilities. Example, a grenade that leaves behind a green mist (like nightstalker smoke) that deals VERY low DoT, but the effect has a huge duration and continues to linger even after the enemy guardian has left the AoE. Specifically intended to delay the enemies health regen.
Another example of this could be a melee ability that deals moderate DoT, and lowers their speed, but has an incredibly short duration. The purpose of this one would be to cripple an enemy and create an immediate opportunity to finish them off. For balancing purposes the range on this ability would have to be relatively low.
Well, that's it for what I have so far. Let me know what you think could make a good Green element.

Oh, and while I'm on the subject of different colors for elements, I think SIVA would make an awesome red one.
