Rasputin's a baby back bitch.

Careful, hes listening...

👏Rasputin's 👏 a 👏 baby 👏 back 👏 bitch 👏.
-
Rasputin didn't do it
-
Actually, it does, if failsafe is seperate, then it means she does not have acces to siva, if they are, theb failsafe has acces to siva, this could become inportant later on down the road
-
Oh... we would be on the good size of a mind controlling Siva. Could you imagine what that would do to guardians? Being able to build cities in months or weapons by the thousands. It would be the return of the Golden Age... until someone messes with its directive (Rasputin) or Failsafe goes rampant.

Edited by Timewaster504: 7/4/2017 2:41:08 AMHonestly failsafe seems a lot like cortana, so I can see her going crazy down the road (Im not a halo expert, so if I am just crazy by saying this please speak up)

I believe that Rasputin is currently going rampant but I am not for sure. Golden Age lore was never my strong suit. I personally always found the Cabal the most interesting. But if he was rampant then it would make sense why his primary objective seems to have changed from protecting humanity to protecting self.
-
Actudlly, I think he is not going rampant. I actually belive that he simulated every scenerio where he got involved in the collapse, and relised that only by surviving the collapse could he save humanity, so after disabling the travaler, he went dormant
-
Right, that explains what he did during the collapse, but it doesn't explain his current behavior. We very rarely get much help from him and as Zavala has told us, when they tried to reestablish communication, he killed the guardians or technicians sent to set up that line of communication. If not rampant then why the desire to keep us away from him or keep himself isolated? Is there something extremely dangerous in his vaults that he doesn't want us to get? Or do his scenarios still tell him that isolation is best? What are your thoughts on this?
-
Well, I think he belives that anything with any signature of the travaler is out to get him, after he kinda killed it
-
Yeah, that's a smart move don't allow an army in your chambers? Vaults? After you killed their general... actually more like there God.
-
Like, there might be some kinda "order 66" in ghosts and guardians to kill rasputin
-
With all the Palpatines around it wouldn't be hard to believe.
-
Also, we haven't been so nice to him either, like, we stole those cloaking codes in the taken king
-
That too, although we have helped him. We killed the Fallen S.A.B.E.R, got rid of a Hive infestation and then a Taken leader who set up shop deep in his core. I feel we have shown enough 'compassion' to earn his trust enough to allow us in his systems more often.
-
Hence him giving us sleeper simulant
