There are...theyre called test weapons.
Suros test weapons, omolon test weapons and hakke test weapons can be picked up ever wensday from the gunsmith, they have to be used to do curtain things (varies from "get percision shots" to "kill majors" to "get kills in crucible")
Unless you mean having 3 (or 4 in D2) new factions to level up...

I mean bounties that would give rewards specific to that foundry. You complete a Suros bounty, you get a Suros gun when you turn it in.
