They also said that titanfall 2 will be 4k for the xbox one x. Wonder if that means 60 fps 4k........ ;-;

Most likely yes. Since the base game is 60fps the upgrades version should no doubt be as well. It seems devs sotn mind increasing resolution for the higher end consoles but definitely don't give them separate fps. Makes sense for competitive games (not so much for single player or co-op games, but whatever).
