Well the problem with that though is that if you were to go to a doctor, would you be recognised as a medical marvel for changing sex overnight or would you be known for always being that sex? At which point the doctor may consider you to be transgender. Unless you'd be able to somehow switch back overnight, it's quite the process to go through... You can't just pop into a surgery and get it sorted in an afternoon. The process to get it all done is this: Go to doctor and get referral to a specialist clinic that deals with transgender people on the regular. Go through several months of counselling and therapy to 100% confirm to yourself and the doctors that you want to proceed how you do. Go on hormone replacement therapy to slowly change your body to better look how you believe you should have been born. After about 2 years of this you can then see about getting a pass (essentially) from 2 separate psychologists/doctors to then clear you for surgery. Then the surgeries are drastically different and varyingly complicated depending on the sex you wish to become. Male to female is simpler as the testicles are removed, part of the glands are reduced and moved to become the clit and after most efective tissue has been removed, what's left gets turned inside out and becomes the vag - then you need to dilate for the rest of your life. Female to male is a lot more complicated but basically they need to find a way to extend where the clit is, take a huge chunk of skin from your side to become the penis alongside extending your urethra and removing/disabling your reproductive organs.
