Will D2 retain the 30Hz network tickrate on PC?
So we now know for certain that all console versions will be 30fps capped, even the bone X, meaning there's no reason to expect anything other than the same 30Hz tickrate, (but with some form of server-side hit resolution.) That's fine and all, but... Will this also be a thing for the PC version? Any news with respect to platform parity for this?
Uncapped FPS and 30Hz networking is... launch day Quake 3. In 2017. That's not an appealing prospect for a mouse and keyboard shooter with no aim assist. You might as well just use a controller and get the aim assist, or is that the point?

2 RepliesFor a pc player someone will find or write the code so you can play over 30 hz, no game on the pc never had someone not fixed a devs code. on low hz stuff. plus ps4 and xbox one can run games at higher then 30 hz also.
